- Take the support of gym ball or a bench of similar height up to your knees.
- Lay down in the position as shown in the image.
- Grab a du

- Now take the dumbbell with straight hands above your head, like a clock`s hand.
- Stop at 180 degree position for 3 seconds (while holding the weight there try to bear the pressure from chest muscles and not stomach muscles) and then bring it back to 90 degree angle from head in reverse mode.
- Stay there for 2-3 seconds and do the second step.
- Do 8-10 steps.
- If you are doing it right, you will impact on your chest muscles and hand upper muscles.
C. Bent the elbow strength training –
After doing pullover, do this exercise. This exercise tones the breast tissues, contracts them for firmer appearance and eliminates the excess fat.
How To Do:
- Come in the push up position.
- The whole body should be in one line as shown in image.
- Now bend the elbows and bring the whole body (head to feet) in 180 degree position.
- Hold here for at least 5-10 seconds (as much possible comfortably, try to increase the limit every time).
- Then straighten the hands, come in rest position and take rest for 1-2 minutes.

D. Chest press –

E. Chest fly –

- Stand on both feet, with a little bent knees, back and chest straight, and bring both dumbbells in 90 degree from shoulders.
- Now slowly spread both hands in opposite directions till both hands make 180 degree angle with shoulders from front.
- Then slowly come back in previous pose. The muscles pressure should be on chest area.
- Do 8-10 steps same method.
